To make this dish you'll be need :
+/- 500 gr Fresh Salmon
2 potato slice in medium dice
2 or 3 cube of butter
2 piece of garlic and crush it.
A cup of cooking cream
1/2 cup of milk
½ teaspoon of salt or up to your taste
¼ teaspoon of pepper or up to your taste
Some parsley chopped
How to make:
First grill your salmon.I'm using a stripe pan and I put a bit of olive oil.
Add a pinch of salt to your salmon
then make the potato
melted 2 or 3 cubes of butter,add the garlic and then the potato.
add salt and pepper,stir.
Add the cooking cream and milk and using low heat,keep stirring until the potato a bit lump
then add the parsley.Keep stirring until it's creamy.
Place the potato into your plate then the grilled salmon on top of it.
Give a little butter on top of the grilled salmon.
ready to serve.
